To make a problem easier to investigate, please include:

• Whether you are using iOS or Android
• Your Flip Drop app version
• Your device and operating-system version
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead

Do not include account credentials, transfer codes, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.

Before contacting support

Try closing and reopening Flip Drop, then check whether an app update is available.

Uninstalling the app removes its active local data, including game statistics, preferences, and daily-puzzle history. It does not delete the server account.

Depending on your platform settings, the operating system may restore some local information from a device backup.
